Trial orders have a low minimum order quantity, and even one piece can be customized. Bestsellers are restocked as they are sold.
4. What are the dimensions of the mannequin for sampling?

All our clothing designs are larger than those of our competitors and use more material!
5. What about the sample fee issue?
Our sample fee standard is 300 yuan per piece, complex designs are 500 yuan per piece.We will refund the full sample fee after placing an order.
6. Regarding the custom delivery time issue?
We usually deliver within 7-10 days.The general procurement time for labor and materials is 3 days; if special custom-made dough and ingredients are needed, it takes more than 7 days.
7. What about return and after-sales issues?
Wholesale in stock means that if there are any quality issues within 15 days after you receive the goods, all products are covered by warranty and can be returned.Regarding customization, there are no returns or exchanges if there are no quality issues, as we create unique products specifically for you based on your requirements. Therefore, returns are not allowed.
8. Where are your products suitable for sale?
We specialize in the production of cross-border men's and women's clothing, including popular women's apparel on Amazon, best-selling women's clothing on eBay, and popular items on Wish, AliExpress, etc., suitable for international consumers. Our products are suitable for online platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, WISH, DHgate, and independent websites.Since the product sizes are in European or American sizes, domestic platforms like Taobao are not recommended for selling them.
9. Color Difference Issue
Our designers have corrected the colors, but due to color differences in monitors, color discrepancies are unavoidable in online shopping. Such issues cannot be used as a basis for negative reviews, complaints, or returns with the claim that you do not want to bear the shipping cost. Please consult customer service for more details.
The following situations do not constitute quality issues:
1. Odor issue (Some fabrics may have a slight odor due to special treatment, but it usually disappears after washing)
2. There is a color difference between the picture and the actual item (due to different monitor conditions for each brand and model, as well as individual color display settings)
3. The threads weren't neatly trimmed (after all, this is not a boutique garment, please understand)
4. Minor stains on light-colored fabrics (may occur during production, sales, or transportation, can be washed off, and do not affect the product's appearance)
5. The quality or transparency of the fabric, etc. (There is no standard for measurement, so it is impossible to confirm quality, please understand.)
6. The thickness of the style (each region and individual has different standards of what is considered thick or thin, making it difficult to determine, please understand)
7. There is a discrepancy between the clothing size and the product description (a slight size difference is normal and unavoidable). A general error of 3-4CM is considered within the normal range.
8. There may be differences between the clothing accessories and the pictures (different accessories may be used between batches, please refer to the actual product)
The following items are not covered by our return and exchange policy:
1. Damage caused by the seller, such as: incomplete tags, missing product packaging bags.
2. We have removed this product from the shelves or discontinued its sale.
3. Washed, used, and the tags have been removed.It affects secondary sales.
4. Items returned without contacting customer service personnel and completing sales registration will not be processed.
5. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the exchange period has expired (within 7 days of checking the delivery time using the tracking number).
